Order Cancellation

Once an order has been submitted your credit/debit card will be charged immediately. Our fulfillment process is streamlined, and orders are immediately sent to shipping. Due to high volume of orders we receive, we are unable to cancel orders after submitted.

Returns and Refunds

Venus Odyssey strives to provide you with outstanding customer service! You are able to return any item sold on our site for any reason within the first 30 days.  Our customer service agents will work with you to resolve the return by replacing the original product, substituting a similar product or refunding your money.
